ELECTS 2011-2012 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(McLean, Va, July 20, 2011) – The American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA), the premier organization for women in the accounting and finance fields, elected its 2011-2012 Board of Directors.
The 17-member Board will be led by President Monika P. Miles, CPA, President, Labhart Miles Consulting Group in San Jose, California. The Board of Directors' goal is to develop opportunities to enable women in the accounting and finance fields to reach their full potential. Each member of the Board of Directors has an expertise in accounting and/or finance and provides a wealth of in-depth understanding of this industry.
With its extensive knowledge base of accounting and finance professionals, ASWA is an unmatched resource for women in the accounting and finance industries.
